Hello

I'm Dhaarmika, a mother, educator and entrepreneur passionate about healthy and happy living.  Teens I work with like to call me Ms. D!  I have two really amazing teenagers who I learn from every day.  I love spending time with friends and family, music, the outdoors, traveling and learning. The past 25+ years of my life I am grateful to have had the opportunity to engage with young people, parents and elders in very meaningful ways across a myriad of different cultures.

My unique experience of teaching and working with people from different cultures (South Asian, Asian, Hispanic and more) and currently working in an achievement oriented high school, gives me valuable tools to relate and connect with a variety of people. I love supporting the wellbeing of the elderly community as well, stimulating their minds with curiosity, and revisiting their stories of the past through my cultural education classes.

Through these experiences, I gained a great deal of insight into how people like to be supported and what may be getting in the way of living the life they desire.  I wanted to share my strengths and support people, while continuing to learn, so I decided to become a coach!  I am excited to meet you, partner with you and help you THRIVE!

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Dhaarmika for close to 5 years as an invaluable partner in our collective impact work, bringing her deep expertise and lived experience as a parent and practitioner to every space she enters. She’s built a movement rooted in values-based learning, emotional intelligence, and a powerful belief that children and families thrive when they are seen, heard, and supported with kindness.

In every interaction, Dhaarmika leads with clarity, authenticity, and warmth. She listens with intention, speaks with compassion, and moves with purpose — all qualities that have made her an anchor in our community. Her ability to connect with people across generations and backgrounds is rare.

Grounded in positive psychology, lived experience, and a heart-centered approach, Dhaarmika is uniquely equipped to guide parents, youth and young adults themselves — through challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. She creates safe, affirming spaces where individuals can reconnect with their values, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, self-directed goals. I have no doubt Dhaarmika will continue to be a transformative presence for individuals and families - helping them not only navigate life, but do so with grace, courage, and kindness.
