My approach...
In my 25+ years experience supporting with and learning from young people, parents, and caregivers I have found it most beneficial to work with both parent and youth.​ I want to gain your perspective, learn from you and share tips with you to support you in your efforts of raising a caring, courageous and resilient person.
Strengths-based Coaching

My coaching is strengths-based and centered in Positive Psychology. Positive psychology helps to nurture emotional wellbeing and happiness. This is possible by gaining awareness of and utilizing your strengths, engaging with others and practicing gratitude. We will work together to discover the character strengths you already have and learn how they can be applied to help you reach your goals, overcome your challenges or simply feel happier. When people realize their potential and gain meaning in their life this can affect inner happiness and awareness of their purpose in life. I have applied this method to help myself and so many others lead a happier and healthier life.

​My goal is to help you THRIVE....without me!
For this reason I provide 12 coaching sessions to the client. In my experience 12 meetings allow sufficient time to establish a trusting relationship, gain understanding of the situation, create an action plan and execute goals.
My coaching style is hybrid with both in-person and virtual sessions.
